Day 7: Hello and good night
As you can tell have been eating some very healthy good for me foods today, just had some melon feeling good! Another two lbs gone baby woo hoo fuck yes! Also been getting back to exercise full on now. Do need a good nights sleep tonight as feeling kinda shattered and didnt sleep well last night well due to my own fault should of gone when I was faltering at 11pm.
Anyway only quick, proper update tomorrow :)

This was dinner, a veggie broth, had carrot, corgettes, green beans, baby sweetcorn, ginger, chilli, garlic, sugar snap peas, made with veggie bullion. No oil, no fat, all natural and one of the most divine things i have tasted. Wonderfully delicate stock, with a really kick of chilli at the back of the throat.Also i’m another 2lbs down whoop whoop :)
First one was breakie, 3 egg white (only) omelette with spinach, cooked without any fat or oil.
Lunch salad made form spinach, lettuce, water cress, rocket, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and pepers.
And fruit for a snack :)

Day 6: Survived! LOL!
Hello everyone and hey up to my new followers, now some point in the future, when I feel i have everything I need to say planned out will go into a mini/rant insight about my condition if you will and how its run its course and how it still effects me now and drives me 15 years after it all happened first time. But today is not the day, no today was the day for an hours kip on the sofa and then a meeting for coffee with the ex, well coffee and some cranberry juice and a impassible challenge issued…
He said that he could loose more weight then me by the first of April. Hello there urmm that’s like red rag to a bull so yes 40bls gone by the first of April, easy no probs, I’ll beat the smarmy bugger :). Plus I’m going away in April so that will be a goodly amount to loose(maybe even more and I said I had a lot to loose hence my idea for my mini rant)
Had a dinner of veggie curry which came to in the end about 150 cals plus a bit of fruit afterwards. Still feeling really well and good and a diet of clean, fresh foods, cooked form scratch absolutely NO processed shit, is doing me the world of good. Feeling alive ;)
Well more coursework tonight, then some exercise and some housework and then sleeeeeeep. Be well you lot <3
Day 6: Yarggh
Cant sleep! How fucking predictable, good thing is I’m not hungry, if anything eeling a bit blergh from my meal earlier. Tummy had a revolution. Oh well… anyway need sleep as going to the gym at 10 am. Might go and collapse in bed and lie there making patterns on the ceiling.

Literally the hunger today is being mental, I’ve documented 5 days on tumblr but i;ve been at this since the 6th of january >_<. So i thought instead of breaking my fast by binging and then being quite sick(as its highly unpleasant), I though i would create a low fat(well practically fat free), low calorie meal.
So here it is. Lentil dahl, 50g of red lentils(170 cals 0.7g fat), water, hot hot curry powder(get those spices going as they are good for your metabolism) and one small onion(4cals), for the salad another onion(4cals)one tomato(22 cals) and a tbsp of mint sauce(9cals) and a pinch of salt.
It creates a huge bowl and well i must say I have had a few mouth fulls and feeling satisfied for now. Much better then eating high processed shit! On the plus side I’m going to the gym tomorrow morning for 2 hours with a friend and on the other plus side, that even IF I do eat all of this my calories lie at 450 :)
